Netstrike offers a full range of customer support options including same and next business day replacement warranties, premium support plans, on-site installation and training. Our engineers are all trained by the vendors to ensure we offer the best support services. We offer a number of installation options from pre configurations to full onsite installation to ensure your purchase is installed correctly. In addition to the vendors standard support offerings, Netstrike offers additional local support as follows. Phone and email based technical support for our resellers is free. Onsite support is an additional charge.
Standard vendors warranty applies to all our products which in some cases might take some time if it is a Return To Base (RTB) warranty. If you need Next Business Day Hardware Replacment (NBDHR) or 24x7x4 hour response for failed hardware, these are available for most of our products. Netstrike also provides a range of installation services from pre-configuration service through to fully customised installations.
Services and Support
NetStrike understands the critical nature of your customers' IT infrastructure and we have developed a unique advanced replacement service to suit. The service covers your customers in the event that the hardware in their network fails. The service is delivered in one of two ways depending on the vendor product that is covered:
* We ship a replacement product to the end customer; or
* We ship a loan unit that the customer can use until their replacement unit arrives.
Either way, we collect the faulty unit and return it on behalf of the customer to the manufacturer at no extra cost.
In specially negotiated situations outside of our normal coverage area, we offer an onsite spare service where we locate the spare at either the end user or the reseller's premises. Coverage

* delivery to site of replacement unit
* pick up of faulty unit either at delivery of above or at a later date
* logging on the vendor web site to change the old serial number to the new serial number
* repackaging for return freight
* RMA processing with vendor
* Return freight to vendor depot
